In Asia, we can find there are too many people who want to eat shark's fin. Undoubtedly, it's all about the tradition. Especially in China, a shark's fin is one of the important Manchus and han Chinese complete meal. We can't deny it! Chinese people like to eat it and it includes abundant collagen to protect our joints. Of course, we can't regard the reason as a legal argument. When we saw the video which showed many brutal pictures, did it represent us as the warnings? Human beings destroy the ocean ecosystem constantly and we can imagine what our future will become. Please stop doing these stupid action! If people like to absorb nutrition, we have many choices, such as chicken skin, pig knuckle, and chicken's wing. We don't need to eat shark's fin at all.
I saw the news about killing sharks in Su-ao 2 weeks ago. This shark was pregnant then and it weighed 1930 kg. It's inhuman! How cruel those fishmen are! Did they have any sympathy? I think they just want to make money and they don't think about the living creature. Their behaviors are just like the Japanese, the barbarians! I totally agree with the group " Sea Shepherd." If we don't take any action, we just give them an inch and they'll take a yard. What a ironic issue Taiwan to ban whale shark fishing next year . Next year?! That is to say, people in Taiwan can continue fishing sharks and whales this year until the prohibition carries out? That's ridiculous! If I'm a judge, I will put those fishmen into the jail!!! It must be about ten years unless they would like to admit their faults and stop doing this.
In the meanwhile, we must praise these heroes for their unselfish devotion and sacrifice. They do a great job to protect environment from damage. Let's give them applause for their courage.

Interesting. I hadn't seen that article on banning shark meat by next summer. That's a good sign.
It's frightening to me how quickly we are overfishing the oceans. I think a lot of our environmental and food problems may be impossible to solve without drastically reducing the world population. At least some countries are doing what they can though.
Yeah...I hope we should notice how serious the situation is.
Wait, our food supply is too low!!! What does that mean? What about the thousands of tons of corn and other produce the United States purposefully destroys every year? But yes, it's fantastic that Taiwan is going to ban shark hunting, but what about whales? I hope we have a law against that already.
I'm surprised the policy that will be practice next year. I think the government must be effected by those people who want to take them as food. It's awful!! Now, could we start to think more about the environment? Don't think of yourselves. I promise if you don't eat this food anymore, you also live pretty well.
There are many other food in the ocen that we can catch and eat. But in Asia, we believe that to eat shark's fin is good. i really hope people can take this problem a serious thing.
